My name is Faith Slack and I recently decided to take control of my life and change it for the good forever! I believe that becoming a Team Beachbody Coach is the first step towards that and the next step is helping you do the same! I am not a fitness professional nor have I had a formal education in fitness and health, but I am very passionate about it and I want to help others meet their goals and mine all at the same time. I too currently struggle with my weight, but I am committed to reaching my goal and I look forward to the accountability that this great opportunity provides.
