Day 6 of P90X/Insanity Hybrid Workouts/Morning after cleanse complete

I got up this morning and got on the scale and....no pounds lost! I was a little sad but quickly got over it after I realized that I just completed something that I never ever thought I could do and I lost 5 pounds in TWO days doing it. I have nothing to be sad even for a second about! I feel great this morning! I feel lighter, energized and just healthier overall!! I will definitely be doing this every three months or right before I start a new workout program. I definitely agree that it should not be done in the middle of an intense workout program/regimen for someone like me who currently requires a lot of calories. I experienced very low energy levels on day 2 and I knew it was because I was not getting enough calories. With that said, I learned a lot about my body and that i am forever taking Shakeology!!

As for the workouts, strangely I had this crazy burst of energy at about 10pm last night! I felt ready for anything, so I did Pure Cardio. What a great workout I had! It was my best effort by far on any of the Insanity workouts and I was so proud of myself. I am going to do my best to complete this schedule as I want to set a great example as a new Beachbody coach. I am motivated more than ever! I will be doing Legs and Back tonight since I skipped it Friday. I plan to throw in the Ab videos from both programs this week, maybe in the mornings. I left them out in the first week just so I could get back into the workouts without overdoing it.

This week I will be doing all of the same workouts again on the same days. I am no longer sore so I am ready to really dig deep and get the most out of my workouts! I am looking for more great results by day 7!
